Mycsulb is the official student portal of California State University, Long Beach and serves as a single sign-on portal for various campus functions like enrollment & registration, fee payment, financial aid and email.

Student Center
MyCSULB Student Center serves California State University, Long Beach students. It provides many facilities, such as online registration and fee payment, academic calendars, class schedules and document storage – all easily navigable thanks to its user-friendly interface. Furthermore, this portal is available both current and prospective CSULB students.
The student center also allows students to check their admission status. To do this, enter their nine-digit campus ID number provided at the time of their admissions application; its results are then displayed on screen so students can make decisions regarding their future at university.

Finances
Mycsulb’s Finances section allows students to view and pay fees, gain access to tuition information and student health insurance policies and enroll in payment plans with direct deposit or installment plans. Students can also sign up for direct deposit or set up direct payment plans through this portal as well as keep an eye on financial aid awards and status; track financial aid to-do lists or request forms through this portal; use Degree Planner tool to monitor progress toward graduation;
Students enrolled for each semester can view their class schedules online and register through this site, add themselves to waitlists or swap classes, review academic history notes from advisors, submit application forms/test scores as well as sign up for SOAR Orientation and pay their deposits.
Mycsulb Login Portal provides CSULB students and employees with an indispensable one-stop solution, seamlessly connecting various functionalities and information systems into one seamless platform, making campus life simpler for both. Students and employees can log onto this single sign-on portal using their ID number, password and configured multi-factor authentication methods to log on.
Personal Information
Mycsulb personal information section allows students to manage their student accounts and registration processes online, including checking application statuses, financial aid award details and accessing BeachBoard. Online tutorials and step-by-step guides are provided to assist users when using this system; furthermore they can use email access with single sign-on to their mycsulb student center 24 hours per day!
The university recognizes its responsibility to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information used by faculty, staff and students and to implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards to secure its information assets. This includes complying with federal and state laws and regulations as well as CSU policies, procedures, standards regarding retention and security of personal and confidential data.
Individuals have the right to access any personal information that the University holds about them and request copies. There may be an associated cost in producing this copy from time to time.
The university reserves the right to disclose only that portion of personal information which is non-public and cannot otherwise be identified, including but not limited to social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, name, address, phone number, electronic mail address or any other identifying data that uniquely identifies an individual; amount and type of voluntary or involuntary deductions/reductions made from gross pay/survivor amounts on last payroll warrant and amount/type of deductions/reductions taken out/subtracted out from gross pay and survivor amounts on said warrant.
CSULB’s Board of Trustees establishes policies and guidelines regarding how personal information should be managed. The Office of the Chancellor is charged with identifying Level 1 confidential data; any improper use, access, disclosure, acquisition modification or loss could severely harm CSULB’s reputation as well as violate an individual’s rights and lead to legal action against us.
Before disposing of confidential data, records and files containing it must be thoroughly scrubbed to eliminate any possibility of recovery. There are various sanitization techniques available – all with one goal in mind: to render recovery impossible.
